What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Faulty or incorrect items: You have the full 30 days to request a return.
Change-of-mind returns: You have 14 days, provided the item is unworn, in its original condition, and all original tags are attached.

What if I received a faulty or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Do you offer free returns?
We do not offer free returns for change-of-mind purchases.
However, if the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage is covered by us.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order for the correct size or colour.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
You’ll be notified by email once your refund is issued.
Can I return items without the original packaging?
Yes, as long as the item is unworn and the original tags are still attached.
Packaging helps us process returns more efficiently, but it isn’t required.
